Artwork donated to the Iowa Library branch

 Please visit the Iowa Library branch to view the artwork called "Loggerhead Turtle" donated by Mr. Frank McDonald, a resident of Iowa. 

 The style is known in French as "Repousse" (meaning: “ornamentation of metal in relief by pressing or hammering on the reverse side.”) 

 This piece was spotlighted Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the 3rd Annual "Iowa Arts & Crafts Fest".
