200 Years of Taste exhibit at the Central Library

Visit the Central Library to view the 200 Years of Taste exhibit designed by the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans.
This exhibit celebrates Louisiana's identity as the root of unique and delicious food found throughout the state.
The exhibit shows heritage ingredients and dishes as they are related to the geography, environment and historical timeline of Louisiana.
The exhibit is on display on the main floor of the Central Library Branch from Friday, June 22nd through noon Friday, June 29th during the branch's regular operating hours.
